  • Google Account Data: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture (if available).
  • Analytics Data: We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our site. These tools may collect information such as pages visited, session duration, browser type, and general geographic region.
  • Contact Information: If you contact us via email, we may store your message for support purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

  • Authenticate users securely through Google Sign-In.
  • Maintain and improve our website's performance and features.
  • Analyze traffic and usage to enhance user experience.
  • Communicate with you about your account or support requests.

4. How We Protect Your Data

We take reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure. Your Google account data is handled according to Google's OAuth 2.0 policies and never shared with third parties without your consent.

5. Google OAuth Data Access

razi.pro uses Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0) for user authentication. We request only the minimum scopes necessary to operate the service:

  • openid — Required to verify your identity via OpenID Connect. This establishes who you are without exposing unnecessary account data. It is the foundational scope for any Google Sign-In integration.
  • email — Required to uniquely identify your account. Your email address serves as the primary account key in our database (Supabase), allows us to look up returning users, and enables us to contact you for account-related support if needed. We do not use your email for marketing.
  • profile — Required to display your name and profile picture within the site (e.g., in the site header when you are signed in and on your profile page). We do not access any other profile fields.

We do not request access to your Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google service beyond what is listed above. No Google user data is shared with third parties, sold, or used for advertising. Data obtained via Google OAuth is used solely to authenticate you and personalise your experience on razi.pro.

YouTube API Access (YouTube Studio Tool)

razi.pro includes a YouTube Studio tool that allows you to manage your YouTube channel. This feature requires additional Google OAuth scopes, which are only requested when you explicitly connect your YouTube account to the tool:

  • youtube.readonly — Required to read your YouTube channel information, video metadata, and channel analytics. This allows the tool to display your videos, view counts, and channel statistics. We do not store or share this data beyond what is needed to display it to you within the tool.
  • youtube.upload — Required to upload videos to your YouTube channel on your behalf. This scope is only used when you explicitly initiate an upload action within the YouTube Studio tool. We do not upload videos without your direct instruction.
  • youtube.force-ssl — Required by Google for applications that perform write operations (such as video uploads) on the YouTube API. This scope enforces that all API communication uses HTTPS/SSL encryption. It does not grant access to any additional YouTube data beyond what the above scopes provide.

YouTube API data (channel info, video metadata) is used only to operate the YouTube Studio tool within razi.pro. It is not stored permanently, shared with third parties, or used for any purpose other than displaying and managing your YouTube content within the tool. This application's use of YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

Data retention: Your name, email address, and avatar URL are stored in our Supabase database for as long as your account exists. You may request permanent deletion at any time by emailing hi@razi.pro.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share information only:

  • To comply with legal obligations.
  • With trusted third-party tools (like Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) strictly for performance analysis.
